From May Gloom to June Bloom

Happy June, one and all! This is one of my favorite months — spring fading into the rearview with a whole summer ahead. I was feeling more in the mood to draw that write this week and, despite it being the focus of last week’s column, I was still inspired by the weather. So, this week I’m sharing a new drawing from my Secret Monster Project (you can learn more on Instagram @SecretMonsterProject.) I’ve decided to title it: “Here’s Hoping.”
April showers may have brought May mud this year but, as the saying goes, “Hope springs eternal.” I’m hoping for more bright and sun-drenched days ahead.
Here’s to a great week ahead and bring on the June Bloom!
